Bếp Gừng is a home kitchen in Hanoi run by mothers who have been baking for their families and regular customers for more than ten years.

The kitchen is best known for its 3D jelly cakes and flower sticky rice. The jelly takes its colours from dragon fruit, magenta leaf and green tea, because to the mothers a cake should be “as beautiful as it is delicious”. They have also taught classes in 3D jelly and flower sticky rice.
