How it is made
The rice soaks overnight and is steamed on the morning of delivery. Flowers are shaped by hand from mung bean paste, coloured with magenta leaf, butterfly pea, gấc fruit and gardenia.
Storage
- Eat on the day, before 23:00
- Do not refrigerate, the rice will harden
- Re-steam leftovers for 5 minutes
