A small group and a full day in the kitchen, with the mothers guiding every step. Pick the days you are free; when enough people can come, we open the class and message you on Zalo.
The mothers teach in Vietnamese. Come with a friend who speaks Vietnamese, or book an interpreter for the day. Message us on Zalo and we will help you find one.

A full day with the mothers: cook clear jelly, mix natural colours and shape 3D flowers inside the cake.
You take home: The jelly cake you made yourself.

A full day with the mothers: steam coloured sticky rice, shape flowers from mung beans and arrange a tray.
You take home: The flower sticky rice you made yourself.

Questions
What if not enough people pick my days?
We keep your name and message you when a class fits. The mothers may invite you to another open day, or a private class if you like.
How much is a private class?
4,500,000₫ for the first person, 1,000,000₫ for each person who joins, a full day like the group class. At our home kitchen, or the mothers come to your home in inner Hanoi.
How does the deposit work? Is it refundable?
When the day is confirmed, send a 50% deposit within 24 hours to keep your seat. If we postpone, we refund it or keep it for a later class, as you prefer.
What should I bring?
Nothing; the mothers prepare the ingredients and tools. You take home what you made.
